Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the akp44 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and akp44 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. akp44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Section 2

Eligibility

Access to and use of the akp44 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated by akp44 for breach of these Terms or any other platform policy.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the akp44 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. akp44 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will take immediate action upon discovery, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. akp44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify akp44 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• akp44 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. KYC documents may include a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in restrictions on withdrawals or other account functions.
• You must not allow any third party to use or access your akp44 account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• akp44 reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account will be considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Players with inactive accounts will be notified by email prior to closure where possible.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

akp44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳500. akp44 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with its terms of service.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing, particularly for amounts exceeding specified thresholds or for accounts that have not previously completed verification. akp44 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. akp44 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment account that does not match the registered account holder's name may be reversed and the associated player account suspended.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the akp44 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• akp44 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal request where reasonable grounds for suspicion exist.
• Deposits that remain unused in a player's account for an extended period may be subject to account inactivity provisions as outlined in Section 3 of these Terms.
• akp44 operates in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). All displayed amounts, balances, deposit values, withdrawal values, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

akp44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all akp44 promotions. Players are advised to review the full terms of any promotion before claiming a bonus, as failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified games or game categories as stated in the promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to meeting wagering requirements.
• akp44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of withdrawal or modification will be bound by the terms applicable at the point of acceptance.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using bonus funds in a manner intended to circumvent their purpose — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account terminated.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the same conditions as cash bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the akp44 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits disclosure.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting or enabling a person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward akp44 staff or other players, whether through live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

The support team can assist with setting account limits, activating cooling-off periods, or initiating self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate restriction of account access for the period specified by the player.

• Deposit limit controls (daily, weekly, and monthly) are available in account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session time reminders can be set to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods temporarily restrict account access for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion permanently or for a defined period restricts all access to the Platform and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the akp44 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, video, and all other materials — is the property of akp44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of akp44.

The akp44 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of akp44. Unauthorised use of any akp44 trademark, trade name, or brand identifier — including in any domain name, social media handle, or promotional material — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

The akp44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akp44 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the availability of any game or service at any given time. akp44 expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, akp44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses, even if akp44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 10

Account Suspension and Termination

akp44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at akp44's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Section 11

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the akp44 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which akp44 operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Amendments to These Terms

akp44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, akp44 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the akp44 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
